In general the staff were helpful and efficient. The room was modern, beautifully maintained with a magnificent view over the ocean. The service offered was outstanding!

Everything else perfect, the guy who takes care of the spa is super nice. The breakfast buffet is of very good quality, lots of variety and everything is tasty.

We went to the restaurant "fusion" of the hotel and the deal with a waitress was not very correct, we were not allowed to have dinner there supposedly for wearing slippers, the rest of the week we were looking and there were people in slippers.

Could not fault it. Luxurious hotel with excellent Spa. Good breakfast, Excellent staff. Will definitely be returning.

Very good location, 5 minutes walking to the beach and just over 5 to the Marina of Vilamoura. Exceptional service, very attentive and very friendly. Very few things we did not like. To highlight something, simply point out the somewhat annoying noise coming from a disco near the complex that could be heard in the common areas of the complex (pool bar, lake restaurant) and in our case on the terrace of our room. Housekeeping left trash unremoved daily.

Our stay was only one night so we did not have time to sample all the facilities but everything appeared to be excellent

The hotel was modern,well designed and has superb rooms,beds,swimming pools,gardens,spa and location. The staff are generally well trained (with 2 exceptions!) polite,motivated and efficient. The breakfast was excellent and our entire stay was very enjoyable and one of our best ever experiences.

The gym was a bit weak in comparison to the rest of the hotel and could have had better weights and better air conditioning

fine marina views and easy beach access make exploring easy

I loved how close the marina was, just a short 500-meter stroll away. The beach was hardly over a 15-minute walk, perfect for my weekend city strolls!

no complaints, the hotel exceeded all expectations. loved that the property was luxury and had very attentive and friendly attentive staff with their service. the offered breakfast was fresh and amazing and included a huge variety of options. we booked a great-sized and upgraded room with comfy beds, everything was first-class. the location was amazing and beautiful, near the lake, in the very relaxing area.

Some maintenance issues, such as damaged lights or drainage problems, need immediate attention!!! Considering the prices, evening entertainment options feel lackluster and could be improved to avoid dull nights!!!
